What is backing processing technology?

This is a processing technology that applies resin evenly to the backside of various materials to harden the structure of the textile and at the same time impart additional functions, primarily flame retardancy.

A compound made of DE-25/acrylic resin/alkaline thickener is back-coated onto the reverse side of the polyester fabric using a bar coater.

Nonnen DE series, C series

The DE series is a product group in which solid flame retardants or oil-based flame retardants are stably dispersed in water using our unique emulsification and dispersion technology. By mixing with water-based resin, flame retardancy can be imparted to textile products mainly through backing processing (spray and impregnation processing are also possible).
Taking advantage of the know-how of the DE series, we premix flame retardant components and resin binders and adjust the viscosity to create the C series, a grade exclusively for backing processing.
