Durable processing is a processing method specialized for polyester fibers, and is a type of flame retardant that is added together with the dye in the high-pressure liquid jet dyeing machine used for dyeing.
During dyeing, the flame retardant is incorporated into the amorphous part of the polyester fiber together with the dye, so the flame retardant performance does not decrease even after washing or dry cleaning. In other words, it is like giving the fiber itself flame retardant properties.
