For internal addition
What is internal addition?
In this method, antistatic agent is added to resin pellets or powder to a specified concentration, mixed in a blender, and then added directly to the resin and kneaded into it.
Conversely, there is also a method in which a high-concentration pellet called a master batch (MB) containing a high concentration of antistatic agent is first prepared, and then the MB is added to resin pellets or powder to reach the desired concentration.
By adding it internally to resin, it can be used in various resin processing methods (film, sheet, etc.) and provides antistatic effects in all situations.
